Each practice begins and ends with a centering, grounding meditation (no prior experience is necessary).
We will then gently move into the core content, a blend of guided insights, reflective journaling prompts, mindful Q&A, and optional weekly intentional tasks designed to integrate the teachings, integrate new habits, and ensure your deepest learning and growth. ​​​​​​
