Designed specifically to help you shift gears and move forward. 
This is Your invitation to take true time for reflection and self-enquiry. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, frustrated, or you are trying to adapt after moving to a new country, or simply ready for change, I will guide you step-by-step with powerful practical tools and guided meditations. 

In essence, "claiming your wings" is about moving past hesitation and deciding to fly — to live your authentic and self-directed life.

Each practice begins and ends with a centering, grounding meditation (no prior experience is necessary).
We will then gently move into the core content, a blend of guided insights, reflective journaling prompts, mindful Q&A, and optional weekly intentional tasks designed to integrate the teachings, integrate new habits, and ensure your deepest learning and growth. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

The focus is on finding Your true authentic way to live and practice, free from social or conceptual conditioning, true to yourself. Rebel Zen is for the woman ready to be both a force of nature and a field of calm, knowing that your wholeness is your ultimate power.
