Service Description
This is for the client that is looking to gain a deeper understanding of their body and how their movement patterns impact core and pelvic floor function. The initial session includes a detailed postural, breath, and movement assessment. In the intital75-minutes session we also discuss your current movement habits and fitness goals. Corrective exercises to practice at your convenience will be provided. Restore Your Core™ is a method of retraining your core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive, and supportive to your body. RYC™ helps you learn to move better, uncover movement compensation patterns, and create new patterns of strength, mobility, length, and support.
