MY TRAININGS

Over the last 20 years I have undertaken formal training in Iyengar Yoga and different modalities of movement and somatic techniques, pranayama, pre-natal and postpartum. I have been teaching consistently since 2005. And have been fortunate to teach in Kenya, Kazakhstan, Ethiopia, The Netherlands, and Italy.

My training journey is constantly ongoing and updating. I am a curious soul and keep searching and learning.
